The customer service provided by Reception and in particular by a young gentleman (who was introduced as Jason) dealt with me with alacrity. His persona was appropriate and sincere. Simply put he represented the apotheosis of the brand BMW.

Our Range Rover Sport was only in for an MOT but it was the ease of dropping it off the day before for convenience and then picking it up at the end of the day that made it a hassle free experience alongside very friendly staff and the service receptionist sorted out new windscreen wipers too.

David was most helpful with nothing being too much trouble when selecting, viewing and test driving cars.
When a car I was interested in sold before I had finalised my decision, he suggested similar vehicles, sending videos to me at home electronically. It turns out after that, I have ended up with the best selection possible and I am extremely happy with it. It couldn't have turned out better.
My new car was presented to me on collection in immaculate condition and looked superb.
All the staff I met and who spoke to me were very friendly and helpful. If I had a suggestion to improve further it would be to upfront and clear on servicing regimes from the outset as it can take the shine off that purchasing high when presented later on. Also, the technical handover could be shorter and focus on most crucial details. It has helped me but I do like to read and learn from documents and get hands on in my own way.

Pre-booked online. Dropped keys at reception, pleasant and courteous as always. Went home, waited for Whats App to say the car was ready. Online updates throughout. Picked up car. Courteous as always. That’s how I like it, simple!

I was told the courtesy car was not available even although I had booked it.
My car now moves forward immediately from a stop position at junctions and traffic lights.
Also when stopped on a slope, and key taken out, the car now moves forward or backwards a few iinches. I hope these will be rectified at my next visit when my media system, which has been showing initialising, will be updated

The whole experience was a pleasure, it went so easily with no hiccups. Thank you to Chris Buss for organising it so efficiently.

It was so easy to arrange service date and the Receptionist was so welcoming and professional, even brought us a coffee. Technically lads were professional too before and after service.
