Sharps deliver high quality work, well trained staff who are easy to deal with from start to finish. The final works installed by Tony Randerson was amazing. The only thing that stops me giving a 5 star review is the BUY NOW to save 50% tactics. Pressure selling is an instant turn off for me. I returned after my quote a year later and managed to get a similar deal.

Purchased multiple fitted wardrobes that were professionally fitted in master bedroom and spare bedroom. Couldn't be happier with them and the attention to detail of the fitter, Luke Denning was second to none. Luke was drafted in at the last minute due to sickness of a colleague but was still able to complete the job on time as well as being an absolute pleasure to be around/work with. Cannot recommend him and the quality of the furniture enough. It was all excellent.

The quality and finish of the wardrobes is fantastic. All employees we interacted with were extremely professional from the designer, surveyor, delivery, office staff and installer. Ben Law our installer went above and beyond and we are so happy with the finished product.
Thanks Ben for helping us free the trapped deer from the garden, I’m sure that was a strange and memorable day at work!

The fitter Ivelin Tsarovski and he was very professional, friendly and quick. He did the install in one day and also was very helpful with moving the bed. 100% recommend!

Mantas came and fitted a a wardrobe for us in one of our bedrooms . He was punctual and courteous and worked non stop to finish the job in the same day . He did an excellent job , and left the room in a spotless condition .

This review is specifically for Lewis the supervisor from Sharps that I have been in contact with for a few days. I will not talk about the problems faced , just write about Lewis and how he dealt with those. He was EXCEPTIONAL. I have worked in many establishments and have run operations many times for big companies and with all the issues that I faced he dealt with so greatly. His professionalism, and the ownership he took was what a true leader/manager does and should be doing. When things go wrong is all about dealing with the problem, finding the quickest and more suitable solution and fixing it and taking the findings and improving the overall service which will be hopefully done! Lewis I am very thankful that you took the time to keep updating me personally and set my expectations right about the timeframes, I appreciate you were in as difficult position as I was and you dealt with it simply great. Professional, problem solver, accountable and true leader. This is what I call lead by example, and good customer service. In all honesty the fact that you are part of SHARPS even with the not positive experience that I have had has made me still appreciate that yes, things went wrong but actually there was someone there that cared enough to resolve the issues, follow up and give me reassurance. SHARPS you are extremely lucky to have someone like Lewis as part of your team, it is very hard these days to find someone that deals with a complaint like mine the way he dealt and has set my expectations high now. I am hoping that this review is taken into consideration for when an opportunity arises for a more senior role, because he would be incredible with the values and exceptional skills he has displayed. Lewis - thank you for being so empathetic to the situation, so understanding of what I was going through and being patient enough to bring in options and solution to me that were suitable. I am sorry if at any point I came across as unpolite or just ‘being a pain’ it was not intentional nor targeted at you in any way of shape - it was genuinely frustration to the situation that I was faced with. Thank you again and keep up the great work you do!

We are delighted with the wardrobe and bench/ draws installed by John Kirk. None of the walls are straight in the room and the floor dips down, so it would have been a difficult install. John Kirk was professional and polite.

From start to finish the service was absolutely brilliant. The sales representative, Max Burton, arrived on time, was super efficient, very pleasant and not at all pushy! The installer, Peter Copp, arrived on time, worked very hard and made a fantastic wardrobe for us - it looks gorgeous. I cannot recommend Sharps highly enough, and these two employees are an asset to the Sharps team. Well done!

We were kept informed throughout the whole process from placing the order to fitting, everything went smoothly and we were impressed with the quality of work. All the staff were helpful throughout and Dustin did a brilliant job fitting our media unit to a very high standard.

Tim ford came and fitted our wardrobes, excellent job, came on time, looks amazing, left the place clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect from the team to the installation there communication was great

From visiting a showroom to having our new bedroom furniture supplied and fitted everything ran like clockwork. The sales person, surveyor, delivery team and fitter all arrived on time and answered any questions we had right through the process. All the staff we came across were friendly and helpful.
A special mention for Andrew Benison, our fitter, he arrived spot on time each day and completed our installation to a very high standard. He checked each step of the job with us and also made suggestions that helped get the best use of our new furniture. He only took a couple of 10 minute breaks during the day and he is obviously a highly skilled carpenter. The only reason the review is not 5 star is that the top of our double chest of drawers was supplied at the wrong size and two bedside table panels were marked. These items were reordered on the day the issues were found and delivery is due within four days. Andrew will return to fit them for us.

Turned up on time for all appointments and kept us informed of delivery dates/ times.
My wife has recently suffered from some health issues and sharps helped us by delivering and starting the work on the same day. Special thanks to the fitter Alan Neill, first class tradesman, no issues with any of his work, always on time and cleaned up any mess at the end of each shift.
Would definitely recommend Sharps to anyone wanting first class service on fitted furniture.
