A fridge freezer was delived. Either by accident or design the side of the box that was damaged was placed against the wall. On opening the box there was large dent in the door (readling the reviews I'm not the only one). Bought through Tesco MarkeyPlace who say sellers will respond within 1 day. As with other reviews they don't seem keen to deal with complaints and problems. My advice, buy from someone else I know I will in the future

Very efficient arrived on the time that was given to me. Very good value for money. Very happy with the product that I ordered.

The washing machine is great. It was bought for my mum and she said it's easy to use for the programs and it spins clothes dryer than her last machine.
The problems arise with delivery and fitting, which mum being limited mobility required.
Firstly it didn't arrive in the four days stated so that took it over a weekend until the Monday meaning 7 days with no machine.
Secondly the two men fitting the machine left it hanging out of the space by a good third stating it wouldn't go any further back. My daughter arriving after they'd gone then pushed it in fully by herself.
My mum was very unimpressed by the whole experience but is happy with the washing machine.

Love our new fridge freezer. Bought direct from Reliant as Tesco were selling it (still from and delivered by reliant) but charging £40 more!
Delivery was quick and on the day/time I requested.
Delivery men got it into the kitchen for us without any problems …. Would definitely buy from Reliant again

Dint on door customer service are hard to get in touch with still not sorted it out

I have great concerns regarding the health and safety aspects of my delivery. The driver was unaccompanied and was in a vehicle without a tail lift. Consequently he had to manhandle the awkward load from the vehicle to the ground( with a bump on landing) and then lift and carry it a further couple of metres to the required location.
This is a highly dangerous practice and must be breaking health and safety regulations. It seems that the company is cutting corners at the expense of their workforce and this is unacceptable in my view.

Easy order process but if you need appliance doors removing for egress/ ingress of old/ new appliance be careful to ensure this is noted for delivery.
Reliant were very hard to get hold of on phone, email, and online chat but eventually got through to Sam on the phone who was very helpful.
Overall good service but accessibility of customer service needs improvements.

Product is not good , not at all meeting standards as per the description . Overheating and ice forming inside the fridge even on the first day of the usage

I bought a fridge freezer from Reliant,what a great place to buy from the prices are great and lots to choose from. The service was good also. When I got it delivered I got next day and yes it came when they said it would and about an hour before they arrive they called first,the men were really nice and lifted the fridge freezer in even though I didn't think 🤔 it would,but sure enough they were right and they got it through the door,there was a mix up with them taking the packaging away but that was sorted out when I showed them the email receipt,I also paid to get my old one taken away. So if you want quick reliable and polite service shop at Reliant 👍🏼.

Will be buying all of my electrical from here. Already bought a fridge and now a washing machine. Prices are great and delivery smooth. Thank you ill ne back soon!

Dean was very polite, he brought fridge freezer in with ease and put it exactly where we wanted it.
