I did struggle a bit because of challenges I experienced with the bank. I also believe charging extra for a voucher is a bit too harsh; other than that, I'm very happy with the process.

history of the gift cards
The system could show the history of the gift cards I’ve received. In my case, I received two but couldn't check how much I had already spent or if I had actually used up one of the gift cards. Also, it would be good to be able to use the entire balance on a single voucher; I was left with 3 euros, for example. How am I supposed to use 3 euros?

Lost out due language issues
I completed a professional survey and was given a gift to redeem via this service. I completed it in English but I am based in Japan. I selected a coffee voucher for Tully's Coffee. It was received quickly but the information from Tully's was a PDF coupon with explanation only in Japanese. I was not able to translate the PDF or zoom in and copy the text. I attempted to use the voucher at the coffee shop as it had a barcode but it wouldn't scan. I was not able to work out that an additional registration of the coupon code was needed with Tully's in order to get the voucher - the emailed PDF was not the voucher and merely instructions (but looked like a voucher to any layperson). The voucher expired while I was overseas and I could not get a replacement, a week after expiration when I returned.
I received a reply to my request that was likely just an automated response, saying they could do nothing about it.
The process across languages was unclear and confusing. I do not recommend this service. It was not a lot of money $25 but it's lost now.

An excellent way to give gifts, and the steps are very easy to follow.
There are many partners in the Philippines to choose from when redeeming the gifts, which is really good, and the steps are easy to follow.
