Concerning decrease in call quality
While it is easy to recharge my account, the quality of the calls have dropped precariously over the last months. Here is what goes wrong:
1. Bad connectivity. In over 50% of my calls, either the party on the other end of the call, or I have trouble understanding. The trouble is either noise on the line, or short "fake outs".
2. Dropped calls. This has increased to scary levels. In about 1 in 8 calls, the call just gets disconnected. This is not good!

This application is so easy to use and saved me few times while in Mexico or when I am here in the usa to make international calls.
Not expensive, i also call to Guatemala without issues or sound problems
I recommend to anyone that need to make international long distance call
So simple to use just hold the + key it will add the number needed to call the country, then enter the number of the country and rest of numbers, thats it.

I like overall easiness of the app, except sound quality is below par. I often disconnect and reconnect correct the issue.

IMPORTANT! To ensure a high successful connection and call quality, please set up your Caller ID (the number showing up on the screen of the person you call). You can find the option in the app Menu.
1. Go to the app menu, tap "More", select "Set my Caller ID" and enter the number you'd like your friends and family to see when you call them.
2. Shortly after, you'll receive an SMS with a Verification Code. Simply confirm the verification code on the same page and your Caller ID is set.

Rubbish app
I find the app complicated to follow. I have no idea how to pick up from where I left off. The role play starts without any basic vocabulary. The app is difficult to find your way around. I feel that it was a complete waste of money. This app for me is rubbish! Sorry

Works very reliable, voice quality ok; good and easy app; correct billing system. But can't call many countries or only landlines.
