Don't buy from it. It was an absolute nightmare. The bed is lovely but the delivery company couldn't have been worse. Absolutely awful. They first wouldn't deliver because of the parking restrictions. Even though I informed the Cotswold company about the restrictions before hand Shouting up at me from outside that they couldn't deliver and there then ensued endless phone calls between me and the Cotswolds, me and the separate delivery company and them and these companies before they drove off without telling me what was happening. When they did eventually come back they barked instructions at me and expected me to work for them and treated me as if I was subservient to them. They essentially bullied me because I was a single woman on my own and I felt very intimidated and unsafe! With all other delivery companies I have used they have just taken over and done it all for me. And I have also never had problems with companies parking. All very stressful. As for the bed. I love my bed but to top it all it had a faulty leg on it and it eventually transpired that the bed would have to be replaced. I do not want the same delivery company coming round and dread it. Are the Cotswold company having a laugh with me. They did give me a bit of money back but money doesn't matter I would have preferred to have a smooth stress free delivery

The end-to-end service, from the initial order to final delivery, was exemplary. The dressing table, complete with a mirror and stool, is of high-quality construction. Furthermore, Ryan and Chris provided a highly professional delivery service. Thank you. I was kept up to date with emails and texts regarding the order and delivery from the beginning until the items were delivered. Once again thank you.

Purchased a sofa from The Cotswold Company. Lots of options for fabrics, cushion fillings etc. Ordering was straightforward and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Delivery was really smooth even though it was a very large sofa! Delivery guys were great. Very friendly and got the job done very quickly with no mess. Very happy with the sofa - beautiful colour and well made. Great service from start to finish.
