also you have an issue with your program that i reported 2 years ago and you have failed to do anything about it. your customer service rep said we dont forward comments to the tech development people. so my communications for a week back then were worthless.

the only reason i still make books with you is that your product is far superior to your competitors.

I always order prints from Photobox as the website is easy to use and the quality of their photos and products are great. Just wish they did more gift like products as I have to use a rival company for anything like that.

Bring back the shadow frames which absolutely made your albums jump off the page. Your borders now are either boring or too naff. You seem to favour the easy route for people who want automatic albums whereas a lot of customers want to create their own but not with dumbed down tools

I order a photo poster from a different company and wasnt hapoy with the result, that went in the bin. I ordered the same thing from photobox and couldnt beleive the difference. Really good, pay a little bit more and get a lot more quality.

The photo books are great. Any complaints are dealt with immediately and generally in your favour. The only thing I would grumble about, and it may be that I am no good at doing this, is placing multiple photos, like a collage, on one page. But otherwise the pictures and app are great to work with and easy to use.

Find the software mostly excellent especially as I get to know it well. Only two problems that may have workarounds;
1. Would like to be able to pick up the finished contents of a 'single' page and transfer it to another page intact.
2.Would it be possible for the editor to include 'spot fix' or something similar as old photos can often do with some tidying up.
I am happy to continue to build up more books but priced at 50% ok but could further copies be half this price again. Would probable order 3 or more copies at that price!

So easy and a superb photo book at a reasonable price

Fast delivery one small thing you went from 10p a print to 13p not so happy about that but everything else good

Good quality items, I like the fact that you know before you order whether a photo is good enough quality to make your book or picture look good. On thr rare occasion it comes out bad the customer service team are very helpful.

Unfortunately my picture never arrived even after trying to get a response from your company. !! I am very disappointed with this company we relied on them to produce a print of our recently departed beloved doggy. They faild!!!!

Ordered a photobook, with estimated delivery date a week out. My husband ordered one separately on a different account the same day. His arrived four days later. I received an email saying mine way was "delayed".
Phoned Photobox customer service to query the reason for the delay to be met with the rudest woman I think I've ever encountered. She was highly combative and kept talking over me. Made no attempt at an apology for the delay. When I asked to speak to her superior, she refused to connect me. If a company can't meet a deadline, the least they could do is apologise and perhaps offer a voucher towards the next order. They certainly need some new phone staff. I make a lot of photobooks but will not use Photobox again.

Sometimes a little confusing getting set up to start downloading to begin a book-once there it’s ok.
Photos on the left to be inserted I find a bit small( though I know I can individually enlarge)
Always an excellent product with quality and efficiently produced quickly. Love how I can put my own stamp on how a book is created eg with dialogue and photo positioning.

Website so easy to use, fantastic AI editing tool to enhance the quality of the picture.
Super fast delivery and well packaged to protect the canvas.
On opening it, we were so pleased with the end result. Will definitely use again! Great value for money for a large piece of art for our wall.

You are making too many changes, and not for the better. The 'enhancements' are too garish. I can't find anywhere that let's you swith off the enhancements!
Also, you seem to have altered the ability to crop the photos or drag them around the page to fit, you just have 'set formats/templates' now and it's far too limiting, with no room for scope or creativity. I am not pleased with my book (and I've made 80+)
