Atteded Optical Express in Belfast today for a consultation in regards to having Cataract Surgery Jenny and Maeve were very thorough during the tests and explained everything in detail as each test was carried out. Surgery to go ahead at beginning of October, or sooner if there's a cancellation.

Excellent Opticians.
My wife and I visited Optical Express at the Gyle Centre Edinburgh yesterday, we found the service to be excellent and the staff, Cynthia, Donna, Tegan, Gayle and Alison to be very helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and their patience and assistance was exceptional.

Lense replacement
To start off, I wasn't keen on eye surgery right up to laying down in theatre but I needn't have worried because the procedure was excellent. No pain, no worries and the professionalism was there from all the staff the moment I entered the building right through to the aftercare.... excellent service, well done Optical Express. I would recommend whole heartedly.

Very friendly Anita and alia were extremely helpful gave great advice and were both very informed. The initial phone call information was quite different unfortunately however they took their time and made sure I got the best price and best option available. Haven't had the surgery yet but definitely feel more confident now then I did before highly recommended them

What can I say, I visited an optician in town to have a small repair done on my glasses.YES we can do that for you, After 5 mins of taking all my details
, name address email phone number etc. I was then told that they couldn't do it as I was not registered with them. Next stop BOOTS OPTICIANS, Yes we can do that for you...for £7.50....for a rubber nose guard...NO I DONT THINK SO. Next stop OPTICAL EXPRESS DARLINGTON High Row. What lovely welcoming staff, I spoke to the young girl on the till who then passed me onto the manager, another lovely lady who started working on my glasses straight away. All done in 5 minutes, glasses then expertly cleaned and given a new hard case. When I asked how much service was...it is free. I shall be going to OPTCAL EXPRESS for my next pairs of glasses in the future if this the service you get. Thanks to the two lovely members of staff. Also I did go back into BOOTS and showed the lady who wanted to charge me £7.50 my new fixed glasses and new case..I said you need to go to OPTICAL EXPRESS...FREE SERVICE, then left leaving her looking stunned. I had to laugh, cheered me up all day. Thank you once again, I will be back.

I'm glad I went with Optical Express Cardiff. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Arjun, who did my consultation, was very polite and helpful, explained everything in great detail and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Elly, who was my optometrist, was lovely, polite and a great help. Everything was explained to me clearly, and any questions I had were answered. I would highly recommend anyone that needs eye correction surgery come to Optical Express.

I wish I had LASIK idesign sooner!
From the initial phone consultation with Neeta, to my appointment at the Leicester clinic with Preeti the optometrist & the surgery in Birmingham with Dr Mughal, I felt so reassured and in good hands. Each person I dealt with was fantastic and so knowledgeable. I wish I had LASIK Idesign sooner, the procedure & healing process were not as bad as I imagined & I’m so pleased with my eyesight now!
