I had one of the best customer service experience. Navneet, who helped me with my issue was just brilliant.

The saving are not worth the appalling customer service
Despite being logged in on the app and having just looked at a previous booking, when I made my current booking the app created a secondary account unknown to me. When I saw a second a prime membership charged to my credit card, I spent 30 mins in hold only to then have to spend a further 30 minutes being gaslighted by the customer service agent who did everything but call me a liar outright and did nothing to assist. I have canceled the second membership but the payment was taken a day early and without any email advising me that a charge was going to be made against my credit card. Now need to fight to try and get a refund. How on earth your app could have allowed this to happen given I was logged in is beyond me. I will not be renewing next year. One of my flights was cancelled and I did not rebook it with Opodo because so far whenever I’ve had a problem the company has been useless and can’t do anything.
I will not be using you again and I will no longer be recommending you.
