I ordered a pair of shoes for my son…
I ordered a pair of shoes for my son that turned out to be too small. The same day I received them, I called Naked to ask about exchanging them for a larger size; I was informed that an exchange wasn't possible, but that I should order new shoes and return the ones that didn't fit. I was told I would receive a QR code to process the return. I immediately ordered new shoes (actually two pairs) and waited for the QR code. I never received one, and—given that I have two children, a job, and plenty of other time-consuming commitments—it slipped my mind. When I saw the shoebox today, I remembered I hadn't received a return code and called Naked, but they refused to accept the return because more than 30 days had passed. Even though I could prove I had spoken to a representative who promised me a return QR code—and I even had the exact time of the call—they wouldn't listen. Consequently, I absolutely cannot recommend Naked to anyone, especially if you want a smooth shopping experience (where returns are part of the process). Now I have two pairs of shoes I actually want, plus an unused pair sitting in a box that Naked refuses to accept, even though they could easily resell them.

Sneakers are FAKE. 2 SIZES Bigger than the original Adidas sneakers.When sending Retour it is a lot of Money,I paid €16,30 to send them back from the Netherlands.

Trusted, fast delivery, great deals
Usually i very rarely give feedbacks about anything.
But Naked impressed me, so i will write one:
I googled for nike liquid max and was shown naked too with a crazy low price.
First i was very sceptical if it could be a fake shop, because the price was low and i never heard about them.
Checking the legal information on their website, showed they are located in Denmark and also have two local shops.
This convinced me to try them and buy the liquids with credit card payment, because it has protection like paypal.
Website is easy to navigate and a good experience from browsing to selecting items and the ordering process. No hickups.
Ordered on August 31 and fetched them up today on August 4 (they were ready for pickup August 3).
Mind you i am located in germany, so i found this very impressive, ordered friday and got them delivered practically from denmark to germany on monday late afternoon to a ups pickup location!
And shipping was free ! This really impressed me, and the pair was already reduced and because it was my forst order i got an extra 10%.
So a pair of Nike Liquid Max in Triple Black for 119€ delivered. That was a steal.
Of course the shoes are original and new.
Thanks Naked, will definiely check you regularly for good deals.
