My experience with Music Store Professional has been unacceptable.
I placed an order on 31 August for more than €2,000 after being told delivery would take around 5 days. One parcel arrived, but the most expensive parcel is still missing and the tracking has been stuck without meaningful updates.
What makes the situation even worse is the customer service. I contacted Music Store repeatedly asking for clear information and a solution. My emails now appear to be blocked or ignored, and they have effectively disappeared instead of properly assisting me.

I have no reliable delivery date, no clear resolution, and I have had to contact Revolut myself to protect my money.

When a customer spends more than €2,000, they should not have to chase a company constantly just to find out where their order is.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise people NOT to buy expensive equipment from Music Store Professional. If there is a problem with your delivery, you may be left with very little support and no clear answers.

I will update this review if I finally receive the parcel or a full refund.

Guitar arrived months before the expected delivery date - was on back order. Packaged perfectly. Excellent service.

Great service from Music Store professional. I was a little concerned about ordering a guitar from Germany, but the ordering and shipping process was very smooth to the UK. There was a light hiccup with the carrier, UPS, but that wasn’t the supplier’s fault and the guitar arrived incredibly well packaged and in perfect condition.

The item was shipped quickly but the item box was crushed and damaged. Fortunately not the item.
This happened because MusicStore packed the item in a package of the same size than the box with no protection.

The guitar case specifications were not correct. My Telecaster guitar is a single cut guitar, the case is specified as single cut but the guitar is not fitting in the case.

Possibility to buy music software when not possible with other web music shops. If you are music hoby user you must find trusted seller with unlimited distribution worldwide. Not possible with others for example most shops on web offer limited distribution of software even for download options still limited not to all countries.
The big companies sell US only not to the others. EU web shops of music software not offer all whats available in US. Not to mention you cant buy anything if you are not registered company with VAT.
How come? Music for hoby and you must register company for that?
Sampletank software on official website you cant buy without VAT number. (you must be owner of company for that) I can buy Sampletank on your website without hassle with VAT. Thank you.

Everything happened when it was supposed to happen and everything worked as it was supposed to work..nuf said 👍

The part was in stock and I recieved it quickly all the way from Germany.

The guitar strap is very well made, comfortable, and feels durable. I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it.
