Everything is easy with MPB. I bought a Nikon D7500 camera body from them and it really wasn't the right camera for me. Their return policy is great and the return and refund was fast. I also bought a Canon RF extra wide angle zoom lens. The lens was exactly as it was described and works perfectly.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and will definitely recommend them if asked.

Bought a davinci mini panel listed as like new. It arrived today so I spent some time checking it over. When I removed the middle wheel I noticed yellow paper in the holes where the wheel sits, thinking it was packaging I took the paper out and replaced the wheel.

On turning the wheel it made a bad scraping noise so I removed the wheel again and on inspecting the metal pins on the wheel itself noticed two were broken.

Some other mpb didn’t check the product when they bought it or they did check it and put the paper in the holes to hide the fact the wheel pins were broken, either way it’s poor service.

I ordered a camera for about a thousand Euros. They accepted my order, my delivery address and everything. Then, three days later, I got a cancelation email saying that "for security reasons" the order is cancelled because my delivery address has no street name. I live in Greece, in a village, where are no street names. The government itself accepts my address as a valid one, and all the orders I've ever made from around the world, Europe, China, everywhere, Amazon, and everywhere else they all deliver to my house with no problems. I chatted with the support and they insist that I have to provide a street name AT THE SAME TIME I AM TRYING TO EXPLAIN THAT THERE ARE NO STREET NAMES. Their service is ridiculous and disappointing. They are bringing "security reasons" on the table, for not having a street name which is really common in Greece and half of Europe, as if they sell nuclear weapons or something. I will never try to buy anything from them.

I recently traded a lens with MPB and I have to say they make it extremely easy and also give you a very fair price.. there was a slight delay, but when I spoke to them on the phone they were really helpful, and the minor issue sorted the same day.. I can highly recommend them for their excellent service and huge selection of gear… 11 out of ten in my book *****

I purchased a camera listed as "excellent " .I also paid £8.95 for delivery. The camera arrived and on checking it out I found that the touch screen was not working even though it was set to be in the camera menu. I initiated a return as I paid a good sum of money for it reflecting the camera's condition. To my mind "excellent condition" would imply that all was working .I must say that MPB's return system works very well. I have now received a refund less the £8.95 that I paid for postage.
That to me is a "rip off" why should I be out of pocket when I purchased a camera trusting it to be in excellent condition. To add insult to injury I'm pretty sure that said camera is on sale again or at least one for the same price is and with the same description. A bad experience that I will not chance again by purchasing from MBP.

Fast and easy to sell. Fair prices honest answers. My only advice is to change the payment method to include PayPal or Venmo. Not everyone has a bank account or is comfortable putting it out.

For selling, everything is handled smoothly and promptly, from shipping to payment. Grading and offers are fair and competitive. Great communication, too.

quick dispath, item as it was discribed

Just purchased a Laowa 90mm x2 macro, which is pretty much mint condition and the resulting images are spectacular. Excellent service.

Very good company to work with very promt service and give you a good price for your equipment.

Ben from MPB very helpful via email. Had a good offer for my camera originally online which I accepted. Posted the camera off to be in bspected, expecting them to review their offer downwards once they it.
However, they increased the offer which was very unexpected. Great company, will recommend to my friends, and will look to buy new gear in the future.

The lens l bought was really in good condition and the delivery was quick.
