Morrisons started life as a bustling egg, milk and butter market stall in Yorkshire back in 1899 – firmly planting its roots as a fresh-focused grocer with an appetite for providing quality and value on the same plate. Now, with 491 stores as well as a fast-growing online shopping service at Morrisons.com the business continues to focus on delivering freshness and quality to millions of customers across the UK - wherever they want to shop for their groceries. Foodmakers and shopkeepers at heart, we have over 9,000 trained butchers, bakers, fishmongers, cheesemongers and other skilled in-store specialists making more food in store than any other retailer. Morrisons is also the only British supermarket to have its own sites making meat, fruit & veg, fish, bakery and fresh food products – and is unique in preparing and making more than half of the fresh food sold in our stores.

My father had a hideous fall over a misplaced mat whilst entering their Crowborough branch on the 26th of March.
After copious amounts of recoreded letters, emails, incident boxes and being sent to their Solicitors, the solicitors have now had 3 deadlines pass and we are still nowhere.
This fall caused 2/potentially 3 broken ribs and sprained wrist and bruising infact he is lucky his head didnt hit a pallet.
Instore no manager came whilst he was instore recovering for sometime neither was his name taken! (Two shop workers assisted)
And surprise surprise the solicitors are saying the delays are because Crowborough Morrisons have not sent relevant information or cctv footage!!!
Morrisons you have failed a 78 year old customer of many years.
Poor customer relations, safeguarding and health and safety all happening here.
Since a big operation earlier in the year, I was unable to drive, and still now am unable to lift any significant weight, so we went over to home deliveries. The drivers have been exemplary, so polite, helpful, and carrying everything in. Substitutions have been very rare. Food seems well in date and lasts over the 2-3 weeks till we reorder.

Ordered a home delivery ahead of the bank holiday weekend and 26 items were missing from the delivery. 26!!!!! (57 ordered vs 31 actually received) - a huge chunk of my shop, right when I needed it most.
I contacted customer service with my order number and a screenshot showing the shortfall, expecting them to look into it. Instead, I was asked to manually type out the name of every missing item myself, despite having already given them the order number to check. Given the size of the shortfall, this felt like an unreasonable amount of extra work to put on a customer who's already been inconvenienced.
Disappointing experience, especially over a holiday weekend when the food was actually needed. Would expect a supermarket of this size to be able to cross-reference an order number without making the customer do the admin. Morrisons was not even able to make a commercial gesture in this instance. Unreliable service, avoid it!

This was the first time order for home delivery- well shan't be ordering again from Morrisons. So many main items unavailable, so really this idea of shopping on line is pointless as now have to go out and get the items not supplied. Also, the loaf of bread was packed at the bottom of the crate- so got very squashed!! Never again as we were looking forward to my special meal ordered - now will have to raid the freezer for a meal tonight..

A complaint not feedback Mixed review the on-line app is very easy to amend personal information in it. Morrisons is let down by the call centre refusing to do anything for a Morrisons More Card customers.
I've changed and amended personal information in the App. However staff in the Third party call centre called Webhelp in South Africa refuses to deal with anything "I don't want to talk about it" when it's their job to deal with issues regarding Morrisons More Card customers.
Even if these staff don't have the authority to deal with issues then don't belittle a customer such as myself.
Reply back to Awn in the Third party call centre that's called Webhelp therefore not a surprise that Awn is covering up the fact that I've sent loads of complaints in that the Third Party call centre Webhelp hasn't dealt with. Trying to cover up with feedback when it's a formal complaint not felt but was clearly poorly tewated by the call centre that Awn works in that don't deal with any formal complaints about the staff in South Africa in that Third Party call centre called Webhelp.

As a new customer, I ordered goods to the value of £32 on the Morrisons website. At the top of the page was a big dark purple band right across the page advertising in white writing £5 off for new customers with a £30 minimum spend. Underneath this purple band were two options: Delivery or Click and Collect. I opted for Click and Collect. At no point did it say that this would not be possible via Click and Collect - in fact the purple banner clearly encompassed both options. I could not see anywhere to enter the code for £5 off, so queried in store where I was told the £5 off applies only to deliveries, even though the purple band spanned both. Given that I had not been able to enter the code, I had taken a photograph of the page in question which, given the option, I would be more than happy to upload here on Trustpilot.

Very clearly, Morrison's use the same rotten system coding as their compoetitors since both sites are so impenetrable as to preclude usage. For goodness sake TRY testing your useless software...

Popped in earlier and couldn’t resist grabbing a punnet of strawberries and a whole watermelon, and wow—both were absolutely perfect! The strawberries were beautifully deep red all the way through, plump, juicy and so sweet, with that amazing fresh, sun-ripened flavour you just can’t beat.

Will not be renewing my delivery pass with Morrisons...within one week they have upped prices shamelessly...Mint humbugs being one (£1.30 to £1.60). Within a week! Their savers chocolate was 60p now 85p. Wholemeal bread 75p now £1.00. Cheese £2.45 last week now £3.00. Two chicks egg whites £3.50 now £4.10
Morrisons spreadable butter £2.18 now £2.55
I literally could go on...these are only some on my favourite list, or was. Absolutely shocking what is going on.
I was enjoying shopping with them mostly...but, they are always out of stock on certain items.
Boycott these supermarkets.

Sick of Morrisons, NOT cheap, EMPTY shelves and USA corporation/owners are taking all the profits, NOT reinvesting!
Just killed off my account and going to cut up my More card in a moment.
WON'T be shopping there ever again! There are BETTER alternatives and cheaper too!

NEVER use for home delivery. I ordered £85 worth, received £54 worth & unlike ASDA etc. they are keeping my £30 refund for 3-5 days?!!! Instead of it being adjusted on delivery day. So I went out & bought replacement goods for what didn’t arrive - now I’m stuffed for money until I get my £30 back! It’s nothing but LEGALISED THEFT! Hedge fund scumbag rules indeed.

I don't like giving negative reviews, we have given this company time to sort our complaint but the result is just not satisfactory. We used the cafe at Morrisons Kidderminster 2 weeks ago on a Thursday lunchtime ordered 2 children's meals for grandchildren and 2 vegetarian brunches for myself and husband. The table was dirty and when we asked for it to be cleaned , we were left with a lake of water which we dried ourselves with tissues... the cafe was only about one quarter full but we had a 35 minute wait , when food finally arrived the children's meals had veg added, we didn't ask for, which to be fair, was easily remedied .However only one of our adult meals arrived, the sausages were meat ( not veggie as requested) and the eggs were cooked into flat inedible heaps, so the meal was inedible, when we asked where the other meal was, the waitress said she would find out, but she never returned, so after waiting a further 25 minutes, we left hungry and stressed out. The complaint we put in was only answered after much prompting, and the resolution they offered was adding £10 worth of points to our Morrisons Card ... which didn't even cover the adult meals that we never ate ( one because it never appeared and the other meal due to the inedible eggs and meat sausages when we had ask for vegetarian) .The waitress was friendly and the children's meals were adequate ( except for lengthy wait) but the response to complaints regarding our meals has been really poor, we feel very let down
