A bit confusing filling out the card I had to keep going back. Then getting to pay??

Disappointed with delivery options and also packaging. Chose a large card and the only delivery option is £3.99 24 hour tracked, plus the card was only delivered in a normal envelope so it's bent in the corner. Thought it would have been packaged in something much sturdier like a cardboard envelope like other companies do. Why not offer cheaper delivery options if people want to buy in advance?

Website is easier enough to use to create the card/add photos etc.

I got an email with a birthday reminder.I used it to order a card. I expected to receive a 20% discount at check out but paid full price. I used it within the 7day offer.

Always an excellent and efficient service. Great options to customise cards and gifts. Loads of options for cards. Item arrives quickly and as expected.

Ordered late in day, paid extra for next day delivery and hey presto! Promptly dealt with and kept informed of progress throughout. A*

Once again I was told I was entitled to 20% off my purchase of card and present I selected. Problem is when I chose the card and present, value approx £50, and tried to apply the code provided, it turns out the card I chose was the wrong size and the the present the wrong kind. Typical, always the same 😠😠

Ordering cards and gifts is very easy. Excellent website to use . Excellent delivery service as well.

I paid for fast delivery, now your tracker predicts a later delivery - what's the point except for you to mislead customers and make more revenueW**.

Not a good experience. I’ve used moo pig for years and when I ordered my last card I personalised it all then it cleared so had to do it again. Then wasn’t sure if order went through as clicked on free girt. Should have know.n nothing free really. Then I couldn’t get out of it as it wanted me to subscribe . I hate palava. Just wanted a card nothing else and took me all of 40 minutes out of my time. Still not sure if card has been sent as didn’t receive email
From you like I usually do. But the funds have been taken so I’m assuming it’s been sent. Hence why only 2 star review.

The cards are great and reasonably priced and delivered on the day you ask which is great, but the gifts and sweets and chocolates and such are massively overpriced, you can source the same products yourself for a fraction of the price. But still think their cards and service are great and well worth the money

Great website that’s very easy to use and it’s very straightforward to personalise cards. Cards are great quality, produced quickly and delivered promptly. Highly recommend.

The card I found was just appropriate for the person I was sending it for she loved it. And I found it very quick the value was very good and was delivered the next day which I was happy about
