It's my second time if ordering plants and both experiences have been disappointing.
They classify plug a as garden ready plants and every deliver over 50 %, of the plants were crushed and out of the tray

My Ordering Experience With Your Company Was Very Good , Your Customer Service Advisors Are Very Polite , Very Helpful , Courteous And Are Very Knowledgeable On Your Garden Plants And Associated Products, The Only Complaint I Have Is The State Of The Plants When They Are Delivered By EVRI The Carriers As The Boxes Are Very Serverely Damaged , The Plug Plants Have come Adrift from Their Plug Trays And Have Been Tossed Around Inside the Boxes And All The Compost Has Fallen Out , Despite Labels Stuck On Two Sides Of The Boxes Saying “ Live Plants Inside , Handle With Care , And Handle With The Box Upright With Arrows Pointing In The Correct Direction ,

The box was wet and some of the plants had come out of the plastic little box’s inside which isn’t good

The broccoli are thriving due to changing weather. I am very pleased.
The broccoli were very well packed but had a topsey turny journey to me. However they survived.

Products are all good, But currier company you use are crap, this is now the 3rd time i have had damaged goods from their services. they use their own cars as delivery and probably do not have business insurance!!.

Bags of compost and fertiliser delivered quickly and safely at a reasonable price and delivery driver helped to put in my chosen place in the garden ready for use

Very good quality plants. I’d give them a 5* but the 1st Evri carrier were awful. My plants arrived in a jumble at the bottom of the box. Marshall’s immediately replaced them. Thankfully the Evri driver was much better and took note of the live plants. Thank you Marshalls. My plants are in and thriving. If I had an option of which carrier to use I’d pay extra to avoid Evri!

I was kept informed as to when I could expect my order and it was delivered as expected

Marshalls Garden offered a great deal on sprouting broccoli and I wanted to have a go at growing some so I decided to buy some. Great communication throughout the transaction. My only concern is the choice of courier service which was Evri. Evri held the parcel for 5 days and by the time I received the plants they were quite yellow without sunlight. Unfortunately Evri is notorious for holding a parcel for a minimum of 3 days and that is just not good for plants.
