was given a invalid gift card and denied a refund
bought a 10 euro steam gift card and went to redeem it within 20 seconds but is was allready used or not a real code i reached out to customer support about it but they replied with the same message both times about how easy it is to refund it. but they wouldn't let refund it
its not fair for me to get an invalid code and get denied a refund
