Love next normally next day delivery to store can’t beat it

Perfect, good quality and fit nice

Ordering items from Next - not always their own brand - is simple, speedy & reliable. Returns are simple and the couriers are very efficient. I like that there are lots of Brands included online which makes for interesting shopping.

I spoke to your team about this not being delivered, they re-sent it, but I have still not received it!
I asked them to use a courier other than Evri, as Evri have not even "attempted" delivery yet . Also, when Evri do eventually deliver it is invariably around midnight which is hopeless. Sadly however it was sent again using Evri, and I know you have different courier options. It would be great to get my delivery sometime soon !!

I have an account with next and the top slot is a loads of bullshit, theres nothing left and no sizes and prices have been put back to normal. Absolute load of shit

Ordered item Monday for delivery Tuesday. Received 2 emails saying order processed it will be ready for collection after 1pm Tuesday. By 5pm heard nothing so went to store anyway. Store said not delivered and on checking on computer item is out of stock. They call customer service who say it’s out of stock would I like my money back! Of course I want my money back. We’re Next ever going to bother contacting me to say it’s out of stock, also why take my money if it’s out of stock and why do I now have to wait 2 to 3 business days for the money back? The only reason I am giving as much as a 2 is due to the excellent staff in the store who were just as exasperated as I was

Have been a online NEXT customer for many years, have found easy to find products, order, receive and return.

The flowers were just left outside the gate on the roadside. They did not knock at door and they should have left the flowers in the doorway/ porch- not outside!! This was a gift obviously and my friend was not expecting the delivery with it being a gift. So she did not get the flowers until today when I asked her if she had received them, she had to go outside and look around . This spoilt the surprise. Also if it had rained over night the flowers would be ruined. They were out all night!! I would like a refund please .

Products delivered were fine, but when you pay extra to have items delivered on a particular date, then that is what you expect.

Ordered a few suits for wedding, arrived quickly. Kept upto date with tracking. Sent ones back after choosing, which was a very easy process.

I have a credit account with Next, just a warning that if you return goods they will not process them until your next statement is due; meanwhile you are paying interest on goods you have returned and could end up waiting almost 4 weeks for these to be credited back to your account.
