My first order read dispached but didnt arrive- when i questioned this Jacksons sorted out my order very quickly. Thank you for sorting so efficiently

Terrible service, will never use this shop again!I requested to cancel my order just two hours after placing it. However, the store completely ignored my request and shipped the item the very next day anyway. Disappointing customer support and absolute lack of respect for the customer.

Amazing choice of art materials, the best prices in the UK, reliable fast deliveries and the nicest customer service. A generous reward point system as well. They are the very best. Something to have into account is that even when other suppliers have offers, Jackson’s price is still lower usually.

Over the years, I have learnt to trust Jackson's. It is the quality of the goods they send and the care that is taken when packing my order. They are an ace, top-of-the-tree company. It is always lovely to shop with them. My last recent order is no exception. Thank you once again, Jackson's!

Delivery turned up on time. The mini palette was really good value compared to the (few) other places that stock it.

Ordered on a Sunday , Notification of dispatch on Monday- Bank Holiday. Tuesday tracking info provided - Royal Mail waiting to receive package. this remained as the message on tracking until the following Sunday - 7 days later. Package delivered Monday 8 days later by Royal Mail 48 hour tracking !!!

My order came in good time, was packaged securely and the products are just what I wanted. In fact, Jackson’s rough eco paper is amazing!

The website description and photos were an accurate representation of the art materials this company specialises in. I trust this company to sell high quality art materials at reasonable prices. As such it is one of favourite my go to companies for art materials.

Parcel lost by Evri so phoning Jackson’s resulted in a replacement being sent arriving the next day by DPD - what more could you ask for?

The items arrived as expected and well packaged.
Unfortunately the delivery was delayed and therefore received later than expected. This is not a negative response to the seller but rather the courier used.

Jackson’s have a wide range of products & sometimes a few good deals. I’ve ordered my art supplies a few times & I have been very satisfied over all from ordering to delivery & of course the quality of the goods. I live in the UK & maybe that makes a difference. Not sure why it should, but I can’t fault Jackson’s & I will continue to purchase from them. Very happy 👍

moved back to the UK from Ireland some years back. The local art shops were very limited. Turned to Jackson's online. Have bought everything I needed from there, ever since. 40 orders in, and not a single glitch. Excellent service and wonderful packing - from big canvases to a few tubes and a pencil sharpener. They clearly enjoy their work.

Following my order of 7 crayon pencils, the package arrived containing only 1 item. I have contacted Customer Services and have sent a photo as requested.
Hopefully I will receive the missing items shortly but have not heard any further.
