Absolutely wonderful service
Absolutely wonderful service. Order placed early evening with request for 3 day delivery. Item required age verification on delivery. Follow up call from ITS within 1 hour of placing order to verify age before shipping. Item was delivered following day by DPD with notification of delivery timeslot.
Age verification carried out by DPD driver as specified ( I am 75 years old so i think i met age requirements )
A first class service !

Good price poor delivery
Despite ordering a tool for next day delivery, ITS in their wisdom decide for some crazy reason to send one order out in two different deliveries. Half arriving in the morning, the other into the afternoon. Wasting my day and not being able to get on with the job I ordered the tool for. I was not told the order would be delivered in separates and if I had I could organise myself better to-do other things. I could of also got this tool from Screwfix at a slightly higher cost but would of all been here before midday. Lousy communication from ITS. Will think twice about ordering from them again.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry the split delivery caused frustration.
Your order left us together as three parcels on a standard next-working-day service. Once the parcels reached the courier depot, they were separated onto different driver routes, which meant they arrived at different times during the day.
As an AM delivery service wasn’t selected, there wasn’t a guaranteed morning delivery window, and unfortunately we don’t have control over the courier’s individual driver routes or delivery times.
That said, we completely appreciate how inconvenient it is when parts of an order arrive separately, particularly when you’re waiting to use the tool, and we’re sorry the communication around this left you disappointed.
