Easy ordering and collection process.
Ordered a dvd using the click and collect option which was a straight forward process. HMV emailed me when the dvd was in store so I went to the Sheffield store to collect it. A pleasant and helpful staff member gave me the dvd and an email receipt. I then had a couple of pleasant hours in Sheffield before going back home to Chesterfield. All good from start to finish. ( wish we had a HMV store back in Chesterfield !)

Requiem for a Dream + 28 Days Later 4K
Went to collect my 4K copy of Requiem for a dream which I ordered into store, handled with excellent care. What made this experience great was I noticed a 4KUHD Steelbook copy of 28 days later behind the counter. When I asked the staff about it they showed it to me and let me read the back of the case. Also handled with care and even had a conversation about the movie with me. All in all excellent service and walked away with two of my favourite movies.
