XE use to be a great site
XE use to be a great site. I don’t know if they got bought out but they changed their website and it is confusing and slow to deliver money. It I’ve used them probably over 30 times in the last 5 years. I may have to look for a different company.

Convenient and good exchange rates
XE is a very convenient way to convert and send money to the US or overseas. The exchange rate is better than a bank and the entire process is facilitated. Support if needed is fast and efficient. I have used the service twice to send fairly large sums from Canada to Thailand and once to the US. My only complaint hence a 4 not a 5, is the transfer takes 3 to 4 business days, so not a service you can use if you need to get the money there overnight.

Updated XE app is confusing and service centre sucks!
The app used to be user friendly and easy to manoeuvre. I always used it to compare rates of different currencies but after the upgrade, the functionality changes and it's not easy to figure out how to use the app. When I called the service centre just now to ask for help, the staff keeps asking me to be familiar with the current app version but didn't advise how to do it and said that there is no tutorial guide about the new functionality and the way she uses the app is not the same as how I used it. When I asked how she used the app, she said that she's an employee of this company and she cannot discuss the internal matters with me. Huh??? So, in conclusion it simply means = i have to figure how to use the new version MYSELF.
