Using Evri is very hit and miss

Using Evri is very hit and miss. This time a massive miss. They missed slot - gave me a new one - then changed it again - and missed that one as well. The delivery company you choose to use can reflect badly on your company. Choose wisely. I really like the Kerastase minis selection and would buy this again.

Wrong items sent and missing items

Wrong items sent and missing items. I had had to send back what I received and now I'm just waiting for Gorgeous to get back to me/send me my order. I placed my order because I needed the items and now I have no idea when I'll get them! An unsatisfied customer!!
