I have recently found easy frame and they are absolutely fantastic. I’m an artist and now frequently use them for framing for my exhibitions, so much choice and the quality and price is brilliant. The online design upload portal is second to none.

I have used this company for all my framing over the last 5 years and cannot recommend them highly enough.
My orders are always completed speedily, arrive impeccably wrapped, and any problems i infrequently experience are sorted out promptly without hassle.

We have purchased several framed prints of our dogs over the years and have always been extremely happy with the quality and finish. Unfortunately, our most recent purchase has been a real disappointment. The quality is noticeably poorer than the previous items we have bought and, in our opinion, it simply does not resemble the standard we have come to expect from them.

We have tried to raise our concerns with the sales team, but unfortunately they have not been receptive to our suggestions and we feel that we are simply being fobbed off.

All we have asked for is for a backboard to be added, as was done on our previous versions. It seems a very reasonable request, particularly given the difference in finish compared with our earlier purchases, yet our concerns don’t appear to be being listened to.

It is difficult not to feel that this is a case of shrinkflation, paying the same price but receiving a noticeably lower-quality product.

Looks like we will have to return it and find somewhere else to purchase these in future.

This was my first time using EasyFrame and always a bit wary of on-line sites, so I did double check the Trustpilot reviews.

I wanted to purchase a mount for a picture. I was a bit unsure how to input the measurements, me being abit 'd'ho'.

I messaged EasyFrame to check and recieved a very quick response from Rob. He explained what I needed to do. The mount was here in less than a week. It was packaged very well and of a good quality.

This is a superb service. EasyFrame printed my digital image, framed it perfectly to my specifications and it was delivered a day earlier than expected. So pleased with everything.

Easyframe are a great company for several reasons.
Larger frames are hard to find on the high street and in any size you're unlikely to get just what you want, with the right mount etc. However professional framing can be really expensive, and might be best for those original pieces you really want to take no risks with. (If you know what you want though easyframe can likely provide it).

Easy frame make quality wooden frames to order, to exact specifications. There's a good range of frame finishes, mount colours, etc. The prices are excellent.
The reason they really stand out for me, is customer service. They are readily contactable, and actually solve your problem, without any delays.
You make your own order online, which allows you to upload your art and trial it with different frames and mounts. They can be easily contacted for help or adjustments.
Sometimes I've made wrong choices and they've been very helpful. They always get back within a brief window and they also answer their phone.
I recommend them!

I just want to add, that if this reads like a solicited review, it isn't!! I've never been asked to review. I've bought a number of frames here and having tried other methods I realised how good they are. Also customer service is a bugbear of mine. Its so rare nowadays that I want to let companies know its appreciated.

Easyframe’s products are of great quality and they deliver in a very timely manner. Their online instructions are easy to follow - I have purchased a number of frames and fitted them myself and I’m really pleased with the finished product. I’d highly recommend this company.

How a company should be. Ordered a bespoke frame Sunday. Arrived Tuesday. Perfect size, well made and with all fixings. This is exactly how companies should be ran. Packed beautifully as well. Five easy stars. Very well priced too and UK made local to me.

Ordered a custom frame on 21st, and it arrived on 23rd. Perfect size and excellent packaging. Absolutely brilliant company.

I recently ordered a custom vinyl frame from easy frames. It came and there was an issue with the frame not fitting my vinyl type. After getting in touch with the customer service team, specifically Nick who would like to say was brilliant, they advised due to a recent website update some of the information had unfortunately been removed from the frame description. Due to this Nick kindly said i would be due for a refund. I highly recommend easy frames not only due to the customer service but the frame itself looked to be of great quality and high standard material, which was even more of a shame that i couldn’t end up using it. Would hugely recommend and again thankyou to Nick for his fast and kind customer service.

Very very good site. Measured our daughters jigsaw because it was an unusual size, put the measurements in and when the frame arrived it was a perfect fit. Excellent delivery service (free). Ordered the frame Monday evening, it arrived Thursday afternoon. Will definitely be using Easyframe again. Thank you.

I was really impressed - frame was much cheaper than elsewhere and it arrived quickly, in good condition, and fits well.

This was the fourth frame I ordered from Easyframe for my cross-stitch picture. I was quite worried, as this time the artwork was round, meaning the mount had to be perfectly sized and shaped. Happy to have found Easyframe, the frames are well made, both for panels and canvasses, they arrive promptly and are reasonably priced compared with others.
