Delivery required a signature but I work full time I spoke to driver through camera he said if he left a card I sign and he can deliver next day now fedex are saying this cannot happen will not leave without me signing . I paid for order why do I not have a say

The signature requirement is a security measure designed to protect both our customers and their purchases.
While we understand that working full-time can make home deliveries difficult, couriers must follow the delivery instructions attached to the parcel and cannot simply leave it unsigned.
FedEx also offer collection point services, allowing parcels to be redirected for convenient pickup.
For that reason, there were options available to receive your order safely.
