Appalling customer service and communication.
Description on the website of the goods is not accurate. This needs to be changed.
I have now returned goods, and I'm waiting on the refund.
I should not have to chase this. I would like to be kept informed as to the status of this all along the process.

Music Store delivered the product. A point for improvement is shipping which often takes a little longer than others.

I purchased a djembe and bongo stand from Music Store - the website was great to use - great photos and best of all good prices.

Their communication was great also.

They actually get 5 stars from me for their service BUT they used UPS as the delivery company and my experience with them was awful.

No communication - vague tracking information and because of that I missed two delivery attempts and trying to contact them was a nightmare.

Once I finally got through to customer services I was told to wait for a call back and the lady - named ZOE was rude, unprofessional and ruined my experience.

The equipment is excellent quality and I am very happy but I will not purchase more equipment in future if UPS are involved.

I hope MUSIC STORE are able to offer an alternative delivery company in future so I can continue to be a long term customer.

Delivered an item that had a long waiting list with other company’s and arrived before the stated date. The tracking system was brilliant and kept me informed on a regular basis. I cannot fault this company WELL DONE Music Store.

The equipment that I wanted was offered at an extremely good price. Once ordered, there was no delay in exporting it from Germany to the UK.

I had been waiting several months for a Fender Acoustasonic Jazzmaster Standard to become available. Then I checked again and Music Store had it in stock in the exact colour I wanted. So I ordered it and it was immediately dispatched. I received it a few days later and was delighted with the guitar (and the service).
