Ridiculous delivery and return cost
Ordered 3 shirts 1 trousers sale price ok full price way overpriced needed them quicker than the snail delivery option of 3-5 working days - longer than most clothing retailers. So had to pay extortionate £7.95 for quicker delivery. Shirts fine , trousers not anything like a charcoal colour, actually mid grey at best. Came to return them and had to pay another £3.95 to do all the work myself -get QR code, deliver to post office. Tyrwhitts have done nothing but charge me to do it. Won't be bothering with them again for sure. Just take money for nothing

I had two orders with them: one that I kept and another that I canceled after having second thoughts. The quality of the shirts is superb, and the customer service is great. I only wish they offered automatic online cancellation.

Found this brand online and wasn’t sure if their products will be as good as advertised. I have bought formal shirts from several luxury brands over the years, and Charles Tyrwhitt’s formal shirts are equally good if not better for a much better price point. Their white is true white and the quality of fabric looks and feels premium.

I just want a LARGER size please.
It was very difficult to navigate the return portal, especially as all I wanted to do was exchange for a larger size.I was sent to the return portal and I initiated a return of an item that I really want, but I need a size large. The portal did not give me the option to Exchange. I did not see the opportunity to ask for an exchange. I was very It took a long time to get to a chat bot, and then when that didnt help they finally connected me to a live chat agent who finally was able to assist me. Grace R, this live chat agent was very understanding and extremely helpful.

After logging into the portal, you are given the option between a refund and an exchange. If exchange is selected, a new text field appears and it asks "what do you want instead?". i find it extraordinary that a company CT that has made so many errors in handling this order ,that they now expects me to make all the effort to return an item that has been delivered not paid for by me- I have had the honesty in telling them I have two items are now expecting me to pay £3.95 to have it returned in my opinion it is not my responsibility and in CT's defence. It is not their responsibility , it is their carrier Evri that should be collecting at their cost and returning it to CT

I've completed the online return process for you now and you should have received a QR code for a printer free return via email. Please note that we would never charge you £3.95 for returning a duplicate item. This rule holds true for a general refund request but considering the circumstances, this would not apply.

When there was an issue with permenant creasing on the shirt, the company immediately replaced the order. The quality and fit was never an issue it was beautifully made.

Not washable, poor quality fabric…
Product looks great and feels like good quality at first but after a few washes holes appear at the seams. Very poor quality fabric. Disintegrates after a few washes. Looks terrible and not wearable within 6 months.
I can send photographs to prove condition. There doesn’t seem to be a link on here to do so.

I had an issue with my order after the courier left the parcel outside my front door despite clear delivery instructions, and unfortunately it went missing.
I contacted Charles Tyrwhitt and their customer service was excellent. They were helpful, understanding and quickly arranged replacements without making the process difficult or stressful.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that takes responsibility for getting things sorted when something goes wrong, even when the issue was with the courier rather than the retailer itself.
Really impressed with how they handled it, and it’s definitely given me more confidence ordering from Charles Tyrwhitt again.
The advisor who helped me was also very polite and professional throughout
