Easy to follow website, and much lower prices than other comparison sites for exactly the same policies. I tried compare the market, uswitch, go compare. They all came up with direct line essentials... See more

Created with AI, based on recent reviews
We launched Confused.com in 2002 as the UK’s first insurance comparison site. Because sorting your insurance isn’t something you look forward to. It sits on your to-do list and can leave you asking, 'Did I get the right cover?' 'Did I miss a better deal?' That’s where we come in. We compare prices from a wide range of insurers, so you can see your options in one place and choose what works for you. We started with car insurance, but we’ve grown since then. You can compare a wide range of products, including home, van, bike, pet, life and travel insurance, to name a few. Get your insurance sorted. Just use Confused.com.

Have always used a rival comparison website because of the offered rewards and the fact the insurance quotes are usually very similar. However on this occasion the quotes were the cheapest across all the comparison sites and the added bonus of a £20 gift card and free coffee for 12 months from Gregg's nailed it for me. Highly satisfied with my experience and will definitely use again for my upcoming car insurance which is due soon.
I found the site easy to use for comparison of home insurance offers. The search results were presented clearly, allowing straightforward comparison. I used this comparison site and another, since not all insurance companies are included on any one site.
Use Confused.com all the time. Great insurers on their books, over the year's saved us a lot of money.
I like the instate cover but it's still a lot of hassle il
The insurance companies websites were not easily giving permission to conclude buy the policy.
While looking to get home insurance, Confused found me a great deal but, the actual company haven't been great at completing my application.
In times when people have to save money, Confused.com have saved me £15 a month on car insurance. Now I know they can save me this much I will definitely use them for for other money saving products.
Used several times previously and always a great experience. Simple, fast, efficient solution for all my needs.
Confused I’ve used for my last 2 insurance quotes it’s easy to use and first class, I will be using it again at the end of the month for my home insurance
It is not possible to discuss any problems with an inanimate computer. Car insurance companies are notoriously disinterested in customer service and I’m afraid your platform only serves to encourage their lack of ability.
Confused do not honour rewards offers and then they ignore all email complaints. Waste of time. Shame I couldn't give zero rating. Will never deal with them again. Shocking company.
Halved my insurance bill at a stroke, happy customer 😀
