Delivery arrived on time

My phone number was entered incorrectly to the courier, which meant that they could not contact me to arrange delivery. Very frustrating and caused delays. I had to find and fix the problem they caused. Otherwise ok.

Mariyum and Lauren very efficient and courteous in dealing with the issue on behalf of our clients and the big bathroom shop provided the replacement parts to complete our customers bathroom to a high standard. we will continue to use this company again and are very pleased with the service we received from the above the big bathroom shop. I'd bought a digital shower kit (foolishly) from another supplier and had ordered a kit without a chrome backplate for the controls. Knowing I'd never get any support from the supplier, I contacted Big Bathroom, as they are the approved concessionaires for the manufacturer. Lisa in Support, went well and above beyond call and duty to source the correct part. She created an account and added the part into the basket, so all I had to do was finalise the details and place the order. If only other support staff in companies could conduct themselves like that, life would be so much easier. The part arrived promptly via DPD and was exactly what I was after. Thank you so much for your help Lisa.

I ordered quite a few taps etc from the Bathroom Shop just over 3 years ago. One of the taps (everything else is fine) started losing some of it's nickel plate. I sent an email with a couple of pictures explaining the problem.
Usually, I approach any interaction with customer service departments with trepidation as, in most cases, the experience with many companies is painful.
However, in under an hour I had a response saying they had sent a new tap at no cost, a day later, DPD are emailing me saying is in transit.
Rarely have I experienced such swift and fantastic customer service. Thanks.

Today I spoke to such a wonderful lady called Karen James!!there was a big mistake with my order on my part I asked Karen could it be cancelled as an email has told me it had already been dispatched (amazing fast Service) that lady went above & beyond I didn’t think in a million years anything could be done at this stage in all my years of shopping online this type of help is unheard of !!Karen contacted the warehouse & then the delivery carrier to return it before it left for London , omg what a genuine fantastic professional customer service this lady delivered in 35 minutes & called me back I couldn’t believe it possible .it has saved me stress & delivery & returns fees that this day & age no one can afford waste money . I can’t stress enough to find a genuine company that not greedy & cares about it’s customers 👏👏only place I will buy from again & again, THANKYOU Karen

Couldn't f find what i needed in Ireland. Needed taps that i could use wirh my arthritic hands, this was perfect.Order way sent out same day, arrived earlier than expected. My shower rail is beautiful, love it. Would certainly order from this company again

Had an issue with the shower running cold during the warranty period. Mariyum Was very helpful and talked me through the process of adjusting the thermostat.

I have had 3 deliveries for the same item. The first didn't arrive 2nd and 3rd were both damaged awaiting on response for the 4th time.

My Milano Lithic shower tray arrived with a very slight flaw in the acrylic made during the manufacturing process. I sent BBS some photos as requested. There was no hesitation in sending out a replacement tray which arrived in perfect condition. Excellent tray and very good and prompt after sales service.

Came quicker than I expected as order said coloured bath was painted to order. I choose a lupin purple slipper bath. Fantastic colour and well made. came very well wrapped on a palette.

Everything I ordered was delivered without any damage and quick turn around time easy to order and plenty of choice
