I don't know what my daughter would do…
I don't know what my daughter would do without this melatonin. We started by chopping the 10mg into quarters and now she is 11 she takes half. We still do our best to have good sleep hygiene and routines around bedtime; this isn't going to work for young people up all evening playing video games and then taking a gummy. On the odd occasion it will be 11.30pm and my daughter isn't asleep and I check ' You have taken your melatonin haven't you?' and the answer is 'Oh no, I forgot'. This product really works for us and we can't be without it. Postage is fast too which helps.

Melatonin liquid is liquid gold
I got the 1mg melatonin liquid for my daughter. It has been a total game changer - with the supplement she will fall asleep within 30 mins, without the supplement (on her 'days off') she will fall asleep within 1 hour. MUCH better than the 2 + hours it was taking her before!

Great delivery speed
What made this company great for me was the speed of delivery. When I order things online I'm always a little bit concerned as to how long items will take to arrive -or even if they will arrive at all. That's just my nature; but this order arrived super quick. I'm not sure where they're posted from- but they arrived super quick. This speed tells me that they are very customer focused. Naturally I would choose them again.
