As I can see from the tracking information, the courier was unable to find you at your address. In such cases, the courier is free to deliver the parcel to a collection point. I very much hope that collecting the parcel from there won’t cause you too much inconvenience.

Good but could be great (remove DHL shipping)
Would be 5 stars if they didn’t use DHL, it’s insane how slow DHL is, it’s been 11 days (6 of those days the package has been in some DHL hub in Poland with 0 updates) and I’m still waiting for my wheelset, DHL has some AI “assistant” (emphasis on the ass in assistant) which is completely unhelpful, I had packages arrive with Packeta, DPD and everything inbetween that were ordered almost a week after the DHL one and they’ve already arrived.
Regarding the site itself though, love it - great prices with price guarantee, (generally) fast shipping times, free returns etc.

I ordered a bike
I ordered a bike. I was told that it would arrive last Friday and I waited around for nothing. They’ve given me a non functioning tracking number and won’t answer my messages. Nine emails but no action. I feel like I’m being scammed. I’m having to use paypal to get through to them.
Follow up; to Bike24, According to DHL, you have written the wrong town name on my address ! If you had bothered to check with them, you would be aware of this, instead of trying to write a smart answer here. Nine emails go unanswered but as soon as I write on trust pilot, you suddenly wake up.. says it all.

After weeks of waiting
After weeks of waiting, they tell me the bike is going to be delivered on a certain date. I waste my day waiting on that day but no one arrives. When I click on the tracking number, the carrier say the number is incorrect.

Awful shipping
Once again, I would give 0 stars if possible. Order was placed over 3 weeks ago with indication of 1-3 days shipping time. The item has not moved in 11 days. No response to phone calls made over the past weeks. Plans ruined.
Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
