Was worrying you may not deliver today as there was a problem with the trailer. My son had come to help me,but had to leave as he had work on the afternoon. A neighbour helped. But it was a good delivery in the end.

Very happy with my new washing machine
Very happy with my new washing machine. The delivery guys were were lovely, they installed in quickly and made sure it was all working prior to leaving.
I have also purchased my dishwasher form ao. Would recommend the company.

Tumble dryer
Tumble dryer. Buying a tumble dryer was so straightforward. From the information on each product to the communication regarding delivery, it was all so easy and helpful. Having made my choice, delivery was arranged for the next day. I had numerous communications from AO telling me about the time of delivery and indeed it arrived within the timescale and was brought in by friendly staff and my 2 granddaughters were presented with AO teddies. I would highly recommend AO.

A Professional Online Supplier
From ordering to delivery, a really straightforward and enjoyable experience. Professional and no fuss. Plenty of relevant and helpful communication ahead of the team arriving (on time) to remove my old washing machine and install / test the replacement. I have and will continue to use AO every time.

Good service apart from a slight dent
Good service apart from a slight niggle. On opening the packaging, the top of the double oven had a slight dent in it. However, as this would not be on show and wouldn't affect the working of the oven, we continued installing it and had no other problems.
Cannot tell whether this was done in the factory or during delivery.
