The poster came damaged with a heavy crease down the middle, as it was bent when rolled up. Small superficial tears on the poster as a result of the creases. My poster looks a little ugly.

Horrible business
Not only was my order late in arriving, but the quality of the work was complete garbage. Tried to contact customer service, and they didn't help one bit. I will never buy from these guys again.

I order from them all the time no appreciation from them at all
I order from them all the time love their product up until recently. Last three orders wrong item sent or items come badly damaged. Don’t even take the time to stamp Fragile or Handle With Care on the box. They don’t seem to care either. No offered discount or really any type of apology for their mistake. I have a business and use these items to get signed to help make money for my business. They clearly don’t care as long as I’m buying product from them. Seems to be a growing issue amongst companies like this… so sad… I feel as a store owner we should support each other as much as possible… not here at this company though… looking for a new poster place…
