It was well presented in a box, hard back cover and thick glossy pages. Absolutely brilliant.

Would be a 0 if I could.
Appalling customer service. Ordered a photo book to arrive in plenty of time for a special occasion. Did not arrive on day specified having also paid express delivery. No attempt by customer service to resolve the situation in a satisfactory way apart from asking me to refer to policies they clearly were not abiding by. 10 days after delivery date still no book, no sign of update with Royal Mail yet the company still have my money.

I love using Photobox
I love using Photobox, the products are amazing, the website is easy to use, prices are fantastic and you get great offers.
Only downside sometimes they use EVRI who in our area aren't the best delivery service.
Apart from that 5/5. I'll be back.

First class service
First class service, excerlent products, I have posters and books from Photobox and have always been pleased with them. Offers are great and prices are good. Only thing I have a problem with is Evri deliver books, one hidden under a bush and lucky to find it.

i do not like that you do not ship to…
i do not like that you do not ship to the usa. please ship to the usa again
i have someone flying to europe to pick them up.
hopefully i can find someone else flying to europe to pick up my next order.
also you have an issue with your program that i reported 2 years ago and you have failed to do anything about it. your customer service rep said we dont forward comments to the tech development people. so my communications for a week back then were worthless.
the only reason i still make books with you is that your product is far superior to your competitors.
