I had a few hiccups getting the right ink and getting my printer to cooperate, but the customer service at 999 Inks was genuinely excellent throughout. Every time I reached out, they were helpful, patient, and made sure the issue was sorted properly. Despite the initial problems, I ended up very happy with the support I received.

999 is always great. Next day delivery always. This time there was a delay, as the parcel had obviously got wet (in the rain?) & the address was removed. Not 999’s fault therefore & the delivery company obviously sorted it out without prompting.

Appalling company. Taken me over a month to get a refund - still not received it yet. I have sent 12 emails.
They dont respond - only by robot.
Do not use !

I have used 999 inks for a number of years and I would recommend this company. Never had a problem and the ink quality is great.

I’ve used 999inks for a number of years and found them very efficient. Packaging is always good and my order always arrives on time. They have numerous offers and the non standard replacement carriages work well in my printer. I hope to continue to use them.

Bought a new replacement Canon printer and was surprised how expensive the ink was from our previous supplier. After looking around, I was very pleased with the price offered from 999inks (plus an introductory discount). The order for genuine Canon ink cartridges was delivered the next day, so am happy to recommend to others

Ink arrived very promptly and in good condition. This was for a printer I recently acquired and sadly it only printed once (good quality). Struggling to get the printer to work again, but the ink is absolutely fine.

Delivery was on the day expected, though a little late in the day. Product worked as expected.

My first time purchasing from 999inks.co.uk after reading of good reviews. The site offered me compatible inks guaranteed to work on my printer. ordered them which arrived in good time. Opened to find they were much to small to even fit my printer. Over two weeks later I have emailed them back twice and got no reply. i looked online for telephone number and found a number which is associated to them but no longer in use. I used the bot-chat on the website and asking for my initial details it said someone will continue the conversation via my email address. No further contact still waiting??? Do not recommend or trust this company after such an experience. Feeling robbed and totally let down and ignored!

I ordered a complete set of inks for my Epson ET 2826 from another supplier, but for some reason they only sent me the Yellow and still took my payment for the complete set.....!! I am still in contact with them trying to getting it sorted - needless to say I shan't be using that firm again.
Contrastingly, I ordered a set of inks, minus the yellow from 999inks and within a very short time they arrived, all in good condition, what more could I ask for ?
They have all filled up my eco tanks now and I'm very pleased to say that although they are 'compatible' inks I cannot tell the difference from original Epson inks.
I will certainly use 999inks again and would definitely recommend you to my friends.

Maryam at 999Inks responded to my enquiry within hours, sorted it almost immediately and, even then, followed up again to make sure everything was satisfactorily sorted. Proper customer support !

Otherwise, the ink has been put in acupboard awaiting current cartridges running out, so not much for me to say

ON THE 24th OF JULY I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM YOU SAYING MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED IT STILL HASN'T ARRIVED, I HAVE TRIED THE TRACKER ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND ALL I GET FROM DPD IS THAT THEY ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM. PLEASE ADVISE
