My laptop had issues and as soon as I contacted Justin he started the ball rolling really quickly and was so helpful along the way. Communication was excellent. I physically dealt with Julious who was excellent in handling my laptop and issuing me with a new one. I can not praise them enough.

Joel from Babble answered my call and…
Joel from Babble answered my call and helped me immediately then called first thing the next day to reload a program that was causing the issue. He then checked up later to also say that Microsoft were having issues and that may have caused my problem and to contact them again any time today if the problem happened again. All in all a great timely response in a courteous manner. Thank you Joel.
