I have never known such a disgrace of a company when it comes to customer service! I ordered some tickets to a theme park and never got them, no email, no order number nothing. Attempted to make the payment again and received them the second time round. I needed a refund for the first kit as I never git them and had no recipes or order number and nothing showing on my account. All the proof I had was the money that came out of my bank. Tried to get in touch with them for a refund and I’m constantly talking to robots! They don’t understand a word im saying and and they are avoiding giving me my money back for goods I didn’t receive! Avoid them at all costs!

Do not waste your time with this company!
Do not waste your time with this company. I am currently £16 down and have spent a lot of time going around in circles with a non existent customer service (all chatbots that ask the same question over and over again).
I purchased two vouchers for a reduced grocery box, the merchant is a scam company, there is nothing to purchase from them, therefore the vouchers I purchased cannot be redeemed. Wowcher make their website so that it is almost impossible not to accidentally sign up for a subscription and other additional charges. They emailed me to tell me I would receive a refund for the subscription, however this has not arrived despite the email confirmation. I have received £1 refund for one voucher after complaining for ten days. I am still awaiting the other refund and the subscription refund, not to mention something else I have been charged for which is apparently non refundable (but can't be used anyway as the vouchers don't work). Avoid, avoid, avoid!
