Terrible experience—avoid buying online from Vila!

I am incredibly disappointed with Vila’s online shopping experience and lack of customer service. I looked up my local store on Google and followed the website link provided to buy a skirt. When the item arrived, it was completely damaged.Since I live near a local branch, I made time out of my day to visit the store to return the damaged item. To my shock, the staff refused to accept the return. They claimed they only accept returns ordered from their specific Irish website—even though their own local store's Google listing was what directed me to the wrong regional site in the first place! It is completely disorganized to maintain multiple confusing websites and expect the customer to figure out which one to use.To make matters worse, Vila forces you to pay for your own delivery, and when they send you damaged, unwearable goods, they still expect you to pay out of your own pocket to ship it back to them. Trying to get actual support is impossible. Their virtual assistant doesn't understand anything and is incredibly badly trained, leaving you trapped in a loop with no way to contact an actual person for help.Their system is designed to waste your time and your money. I will never buy from Vila again. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Didn’t receive full order

Didn’t receive full order. Customer service only gives automated answers. 1 order came in 2 different packages, which is fine. But now I want to return them and it seems like I’ll have to pay the return fee twice. I cannot return it all in one order.

Added after receiving a response: the bigger problem is that I have not received any refund for the missing item. It has barely been acknowledged. Every email that I receive has false information (e.g. ordered in the store (no), paid through Klarna (also no)).

Houd er rekening mee dat als uw bestelling in meerdere pakketten is geleverd, u  niet twee keer retourkosten in rekening gebracht krijgt. De retourkosten worden slechts  één keer per bestelling  in rekening gebracht, zelfs als de artikelen in verschillende zendingen worden geretourneerd.

Het spijt ons ook te horen dat u uw terugbetaling voor het ontbrekende artikel nog niet heeft ontvangen en dat u onjuiste informatie in onze e-mails heeft ontvangen.
