The worst customer service
Couldn't even be bothered to call the other stores to see if they had what I wanted completed. They would rather me spend money online and spending my time taking things back . Then say they cant call the other stores when its funny how the store could when I went in there . Jokers and I wont be buying again from them . Oh yeah and they dont take complaints either

item No.22448905 not received. Shipped it to the wrong person on the DPD picture.

I needed a replacement phone, after my phone would not turn on. CEX dispatched a replacement under their warranty, within days of my reporting the fault. The speed with which this was carried out was very helpful in alleviating a stressful situation. The replacement is the same model and condition as the original and so far is working wel!

Product arrived quite late (10 days) but was happy with communication and understand cex cant control times once dispatched, game in good working order

Quick and easy check out, I used click and collect with this purchase. The young girl that served me was very polite with quick service. I normally buy in store to which I’ve had good and bad experiences with certain staff when asking for help but there always 1 guy that I ask for help and he goes above and beyond.

Although I am basically happy with the service from CEX in my recent purchase of a Sigma lens, I think that the company needs to improve the images used when listing items. The image used on the listing for the lens was of a different model to the one that was actually sent. There are 3 versions of the lens but the same image (which clearly shows the Optical Stabilised model) is used on all listings of the lens. I think it would be an improvement if the image showed the actual items described rather than stock images. This would also ensure that buyers are purchasing the correct item and help us assess the condition of the items and avoid returns.

Super quick delivery. I have bought many iPods from CeX and apart from one , which was quickly rectified they have all been great buys. Always my go to.
