Ready not happy with customer service I tried to return a bottle of perfume which was not smelling right when I try to return for a new bottle not asking for money back , I was refused!!!! last time I spend my money with a perfume shop. I’m a regular spender and at this time I did spend £200 never again customer service terrible. I’ll shop elsewhere.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, I reported a missing item from my parcel after spending a substantial amount and was assured it would be prioritised and I would have a replacement by 09/09/26. It is now 11/09/26 and I have still not heard anything. I will be taking this to the ombudsman to recover my money and if need be small claims!

Perfume shop were great quick order royal mail lets you down when they say they csnt deliver to your work address thats open until 8pm and they try to deliver at 610 pm when its still open but they say theres no one there to take your parcel but they delivered on time the next day. They obviously couldnt be bothered

What can I say, very professional, polite, patient and very knowledgeable staff at this store. No pushy sales tactics. I was greeted by Nicola....what a women so professional and amazing at her job.
