Designing my custom raincoat was easy on the website. The pictures showing what it would look like were very accurate. Uploading my measurements was easy as well. And best of all, when the coat showed up it looked great and fit me perfectly!

The suit I ordered didn’t fit in many…
The suit I ordered didn’t fit in many places and had measurements taken by a professional tailor. My vest came with the wrong fabric. The website is broken and I cannot submit or upload photos to provide proof. Lastly, I payed $614.00 for a 3 piece suit that was made in China (shipped from China).

They can't make a garmet correctly and give you the run around
I ordered a shirt for my dad's funeral. I did the measurements exactly how they specified to do them. They made my shirt to my measurements... exactly. The shirt felt like a sausage casing. I could barely move my arms for fear of ripping a seam, and the buttons looked like they were ready to explode. Note: the instructions didn't mention adding to your measurement to ensure a proper fit. Pressed for time, I got a shirt that fit from elsewhere. Hockerty refuses to accept a return and refund my money, hiding behind "it's custom-made". They told me to remeasure and let them remake it, except 1) I don't need it anymore, 2) I don't trust them to make it correctly. My first impression was terrible, and I have no desire to do business with them. So at this point, they're thieves, and I hope they have a wonderful time with my $93.

Great website for buying a tailored suit. There are a lot of fabrics available with good photos to get an impression of the look. Everything can be customized on a suit to your own style. Fast production and shipping and if adjustments need to be made, a local tailor can do that and the costs get reimbursed. Star quality customer support!

Great Garment and Experience
I had a great experience with Hockerty. My garment was well made and the perfect material. I made the choice to have an adjustable waist and so the garment needed some altering. Used the Hockerty recommended tailor and they handled everything. The Hockerty team was amazing to work with and very helpful. Highly recommend for a custom garment.

Please don't get a suit from here
Please don't get a suit from here. I recently ordered a linen suit for a wedding and the whole experience has been a waste of time and money.
Firstly, their line suits are only 30% linen with the rest being synthetic so you can find 100% linen suits online for the same price.
Secondly, the monogram embroidery on the inside of the jacket was completely wrong and they tried lying and saying it was what was on the order despite me having proof it wasn't.
Thirdly, the jacket pocket was extremely wonky and when pointing this out to them again they said nothing was wrong.
Fourth, don’t expect your jackets to come pressed. Rather they come folded and chucked into a tiny bag. Although they have offered to reimburse me the costs of a professional pressing I should not have to do this myself.

Perfect fit and material. Weak buttons.
The vest fits my measurements perfectly and the material looks exactly like it did online. Only problem is the button threads were a bit weak so I had to sew them in stronger.

I've been a customer for some time now
I've been a customer for some time now. What I like is that the tailoring really works. Its so good to have a custom fit shirt or jacket or whatever. This last order included a couple of tailored jackets - they are awesome. Its easy to use the website, the service is pretty good. Im in New Zealand and the order takes 10 days or so - pretty good in my view.
