I had an issue with a parcel that unfortunately got stuck during shipping, but the Bodymod team handled everything perfectly.
They were extremely fast in replying to my messages, always friendly, helpful and professional. They immediately took care of the situation and arranged a replacement order without any complications.
The communication was clear, personal and genuinely kind, which is something I really appreciated. It is rare to find customer service that works this efficiently and makes you feel so well looked after.
I am very satisfied with the way everything was handled and I can only compliment the whole team for their excellent service.
Highly recommended!

Excellent customer care team. Really good quality jewelry, I would definitely recommend them. I am allergic to nickel and always struggle to find jewelry (even nickel free earrings cause me problems) but the titanium earrings are perfect and don't cause me any irritation at all. Very happy with everything.

Great value for money and a wide selection of earrings. Although there were some issues with the delivery, the Bodymod team was very professional—they resent the order and later helped track down the delayed package. I finally received the earrings, and I’m really happy with the quality and secure packaging!

A mistake made by me but the team was here
I ordered an earring for my helix but the jewellery didn’t fit my ear as I didn’t measured the thickness correctly and the team of the body mod was very helpful.
