Went well for both journey in Turkey.

Still no response from these clowns

we have just returned from bulgaria - 18 persons.

we were never met by our transport from the airport and no answers when we tried to contact them.

after we paid €230 for teansfers to our hotel which we provided receipts for to this disgraceful company they have refused to sort this out, we are now €230 out of pocket due to the incompetence of this company.

still no contact from them as od today, we raturned yesterday and have logged tickets, with thier Idiot customer service team.

I have used this company many times and also recommended them.
But I'm afraid l can no longer, recommend, their website, their chat and even emails, get you nowhere, if you need to amend a booking, I've spent more than 2 days, exploring all channels, simply to alter a pick up time for my flight home,from Goa, upcoming in March, after my airline changed my flight.
The website is a joke.
Sadly l shall never use this company again. Impossible to have contact.

Always use Hoppa for any overseas transfers. Excellent price, reliable and polite knowledgable drivers.

Once you navigate the website it's fine, but if you make a mistake like having to change the time, you actually have to cancel and re-book, I do this multiple times a year and still get frustrated and also there is no loyalty programme for a consistant customer, but, on the positive side, they are reliable and the cheapest in spain.

This review is no reflection on the driver we had from the airport to the hotel, he was fantastic.
However, we didn’t have a return journey from the hotel to the airport, due to Hoppa not being able to provide us a driver for the time we booked. When booking I requested (on the return) a pick up time of 14:00, this was confirmed and full payment taken. Later the return pick up was changed, by Hoppa, to 10:14; almost 4 hours before the original booking. I used the WhatsApp service provide and re-arranged a pick up time of 13:45; confirmed by the service agent. The night before the pick up I received a message from the driver who was due to pick us up, he had been told 10:14am. After explaining to the driver a prior conversation with Hoppa regarding the times, he tried to accommodate as best as possible and say he could move the time by 12:15pm; but this would have meant we were still in the airport 5-6 hours before our flight (again, this is no fault of the driver, he was only working with the information he had been given, and did try to accommodate as best he could).
I messaged Hoppa again on the WhatsApp, by which I was told that it was either 10:14 or nothing, and if I couldn’t make that I would have to cancel and wouldn’t be entitled to a refund (I only asked for a 50% refund, as I had used the service too the hotel), even though Hoppa couldn’t provide me with a driver for the time I had booked (not even close in times).
This then cost me an additional €100 in a taxi
I really don’t think I was being unreasonable with what I was asking, and it really put a dampener on our last night of the holiday.

Do not trust Hoppa. They are highly unprofessional, their customer service is terrible, and they are incredibly difficult to contact when things go wrong.Hoppa states they provide a one-hour waiting window from the time your flight lands. I have clear proof that I made contact with my driver within this one-hour timeframe. Despite this, the driver had already abandoned my pre-paid booking and taken another fare.When I finally managed to speak to him, instead of being helpful, he was extremely rude. He actually accused me of lying about not receiving his calls—as if I would choose to land in a foreign airport with a young child and just hang around. To make matters worse, he then tried to scam me by offering to come back and get me later only if I paid him extra money.I was left completely stranded in a foreign country with my child because a driver ditched my booking for another fare, and then tried to extort more cash from me. This is fraudulent, unsafe, and utterly disgraceful service. Save yourself the danger and book with a legitimate company. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
