Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service. Can’t fault it at all. I had an issue with my first mattress where it didn’t flump up fully on the corner. Email was replied to immediately and a replacement organised. Delivery man dropped the mattress off and collected the old one at the same time. Couldn’t be happier with the mattress as well- so comforted and so much better for my back problems! Thank you so much

Unfortunately my mattress was not delivered on the expected date as it was damaged in transit, and sent back to the warehouse. However, the staff at Memory Foam Warehouse couldn't have been more helpful and arranged for a replacement mattress to be delivered. It is very comfortable!

Delivered the wrong mattress and then on 2nd delivery and collection were supposed to supply 2 people for the job and only supplied 1. At 70 years of age I had to help the driver.

do not buy the cool max superior luxury…
do not buy the cool max superior luxury mattress. dipping only 6 months after purchase and when i complained to the customer service team. a karen said that it doesn’t fall under warranty because the slats on my bed are 1cm over so they can’t issue a replacement. since when do the gaps between the slats have anything to do with the poor quality of mattress dipping only 6 months into use?
