Thanks for the feedback. It must have been during the transport. We ship from Sweden, so there is no reason for customs to open the delivery. As long as the lenses haven't been opened, is it safe to use the products. If any of the lens boxes were opened or have received any damage, then please let our customer service know.

Love this shop
Love this shop! I have been their customer for many years now. I love the fact that you are not obligated to have a contact lenses subscription in order to purchase them. This is perfect for people who, like me, wear contact lenses in special occasions only.
Now and then they have great offers, they also send newsletters with this great service called "repeat your last purchase", where with one click you can just re-order your lenses and don't need to use time remembering strength, curvature and all the gory details.
I warmly recommend Lenson.
