The part I ordered took longer than expected, but due very good communication with Dan I was always made aware of the timescales, which was very helpful in terms getting the part fitted.

I was after a screw for my Samsung Combi Microwave. Dan was very helpful & managed to source the correct size.

Arrived promptly and works as expected. The search function on the website (Android phone) wasn't the easiest to use though, I was looking for the part but it only showed me the OEM's complete unit - no matter what I tried I could find the individual part or any 3rd party suppliers - it was only when I went to checkout that it suggested the 3rd party part that I wanted.

Dan has been very helpful when I have had an issue with which part to order. Simply sending over a photograph of what part I need replaced and he does his best to find the correct one so it saves me from ordering the wrong part to then return and start over again. Thanks for all your help as the replies are super speedy which makes it easy on my end to fix problems for work.

Very helpful and efficient service and fair prices

Via email, they communicate well; successfully identifying the fridge part I needed, from the description and photos I sent. The part, a door seal/gasket, fitted well and my problem was solved. The price was a lot less than other spare part companies.
