Helpful store staff

I needed to change the size of a sweater and a replacement was ordered on the shop and arrived quickly. Thd staff on Saffron Walden are great. My bisbsnd and I have many fat face items.

I ordered 2 pairs of mens shorts

I ordered 2 pairs of mens shorts
One delivered a bit late the other pair took 5 days
I am sending one pair back as they are too big
I have ordered a smaller pair but these are now delayed
The shorts a very nice and good quality
I am now waiting for the smaller pair to be delivered to the Next store in Northwich

Unusually Poor Service

I’ve usually had really good experiences with Fat Face, but this time wasn’t good. I ordered 2 things from the sale and only one item turned up, with an email saying the other item was delayed - possibly until November! As I needed the item sooner, I emailed customer services for clarity, but didn’t receive a reply so have cancelled my order but have not been refunded yet. This isn’t a reflection of the quality of the items - just the communication and delivery arrangements.
