The package arrived with ripped and bent cardboard.
When I opened the package up, the frame has dents in it and some of the wood is torn off. I glued some of it back on and painted it with white acrylic paint. The glass is scratched so I’m unable to repair it. I covered that part up with a small picture so I don’t have to look at it all the time. There wasn’t a FRAGILE sticker on the package at all. I’m disabled so I’m unable to return it. Deeply disappointed in this company and the delivery service.

I have two homes. The pictures were sent to my home in Phoenix, which is my billing address, and not sent to my home in Dana Pointe as I requested. It took over three weeks to receive the art because of a delay in your distribution center. I called and spoke to a customer service rep. She told me two new ones will be sent out immediately to Dana Point. I received an email saying that they are also delayed.

Two opposing corners of the frame did not meet. The only way I could fix it was to use wood filler in the gaps. Also, there appears that the print has a partial fold or maybe a printer error in the middle.

It took almost a month to receive.Print was quite blurred distorted .

The packaging was perfect for protecting the print during shipping. The print was on high quality paper. The print itself looked great.

I ordered 2 large framed prints as a gift for my husband on our 40th anniversary. First, my order was delayed and didn't arrive on time. Then, I only received one framed print and I still don't know what happened to the other one. When I first contacted ART.COM, I was simply told that my order had been delivered. I had to contact them a couple more times and was told I would receive a refund. I hope I do. I hesitated about giving only one star.

The prints are of excellent clarity. I am very pleased. It took longer than usual to receive them, but worth the wait.

The only complaint I have is that they arrived via an independent shipper a day earlier than expected. It was pouring down rain. I heard a truck outside and decided to check what it was doing. They had my canvases. Had I not checked they would have been exposed to rain.

All the prints I ordered were free from defects.

art is great, but delivery status needs more work

I ordered #2001715376 on July 2nd, today is August 8th and the painting has not yet been shipped. My previous order #2001709444 also took a very long time to arrive.
The delivery time is not what was advertised on the website. I am extremely disappointed with Art.com due to the slow service.

I’ve ordered many framed art pieces from here and it’s always been a lovely experience but this time was different…shipping took well over a month and when they finally arrived, one print had come loose inside the frame. I know I should return the frame and allow them to fix it but that’s not going to happen. I’ll take the time to repair it myself
