Such a scam
Such a scam. After turning down their ‘prime’ membership 10 times through the process, suddenly I get to the end and the ticket price has mysteriously increased. Very deceptive, clearly intentional. Don’t bother with these bums

They claim we don't have an account and…
They claim we don't have an account and can't look me up or my wife but they continue to charge us every month. We tried getting a new card and blocking them twice through our bank and they continue to charge us without our consent. Total fraud. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and rude when we did try and call. Basically said it was our fault that they had our credit card info even if we didnt give it to them.

they have " 15 days free trial". i bought the ticket to fly from them to save some money and next day they charged me 99.99 pounds with no authorisation. i tried to email them, they said i have subscription, but i never had any, but they put me on it. i cancelled straight. they dont want to pay money back. this was unauthorised payment. i tried with my bank and paypal also but it looks like they share the profit so no refund..... scammers

Called to cancel my edreams membership
Called to cancel my edreams membership. Took over an hour to get a customer service on the phone. I cancelled it, confirmed it was cancelled and moved on. Then £99 was attempted to be taken from my account for the membership, it bounced and they then charged me 4.99 in order to get something out my account. I’m now going to have to spend another hour waiting on the phone for them for their mistake. Don’t bother.
