Delivery driver was 5*
Ordering was easy, price was great. Delivery was exceptional. Had the radiator delivered to my Mum’s house as I was going to be away with work. Noticed afterwards that it said that due to the weight of some items you may be needed to help lift the radiator. My Mum is in her 80s and has had two hip and one knee replacement so walking isn’t great so I was a little bit panicked, as it was a large deep heavy radiator. However, when the gentleman delivered it he put it in the garage and my mum said he was absolutely brilliant in helping make sure the garage door could close with it without it being large and a bit in the way. At a time when most delivery drivers dump items on the doorstep without even knocking on the door, him going the extra mile was really appreciated. Radiator is now installed and looks good, will no doubt be in full use in the not too distant future
