Louise from the service department was a gem to speak to she was really helpful an excellent to deal with.

Would not recommend this dealership. BMW 2series (already on their website to resell) was sold to us with defective MOT that they did not disclose. Had this car for two weeks and BMW asked us to sign a disclaimer to drive the car away as it was not road worthy. Be cautious people.

Had a recent bad purchase from a different dealer leaving me quite out of pocket, sytner went out of Thier way to give me the best deal possible on my new motor, and even sorted out and issue that arose within a week of having the vehicle, it says sorted and fixed at Thier expenses, with zero quarrels. The team were very helpful, particularly Oliver and Nicola.

Very efficient and quick service. Great to be able to book a 2 hour time slot and have the work complete and the car washed in just over 1 hour and 15 mins.

I was kept up to date throughout my MOT and optional vehicle check. When I got my car back it had been cleaned inside and out. The works were carried out in timely fashion and the Audi team looked after me throughout with coffee and biscuits.

As soon as you walk in you are met with a warm welcome and a grate waiting area all the staff are very helpful and I had a grate experience with Lauren Smith who was very helpful and sorted everything out for and I can not praise the staff enough well done Audi Sytner Nottingham

Bought my car from Sytner Worcester two years ago before moving locally. I received excellent service at the time and again on 14th August when I booked in for this year’s inspection/MOT. Everything was as I expect. From the moment I was greeted by the lady at reception to the moment I drove away in a car now hand-washed and waxed, all the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. My Service agent Ash went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly and Richard in Sales updated me on the current appraisal on my car. Well done Sytner Worcester.
